Privacy Policy — GPU Tracker

This policy explains what GPU Tracker (the "app") collects, how it's used, and your choices. The app is operated by Sridhar Rajarao as an individual developer.
What we collect
- Account data: When you sign in, we collect your email address. We use it only to authenticate you and to associate your alerts with your account.
- Alerts you create: The GPU model, count, price threshold, and pricing-type filters you set are stored on our servers so we can match them against GPU price updates.
- Push notification token: If you grant notification permission, we store the anonymous push token assigned by Apple or Google to your device. We use it only to send the alert notifications you configured.
- Agent queries: If you use the Ask tab, the text of your message is sent to Anthropic to generate a recommendation. We do not retain copies of your queries on our servers.
- Diagnostic logs: Short-lived HTTP request paths, status codes, and error messages for debugging. These do not contain your email or alert contents.
What we do not collect
We do not collect: your name, phone number, location, contacts, photos, browsing history, or any data outside the app. We do not use third-party advertising or analytics SDKs.
How your data is used
- To sign you in and keep you signed in.
- To send you push notifications when an active alert is triggered.
- To improve the app (aggregate, non-identifying usage patterns only).
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties. We do not use your data to train AI models.
Where your data is stored
- Auth, alerts, and push tokens: hosted on Supabase (PostgreSQL).
- GPU price data shown in the app: same Supabase project. This data is not associated with any user.
- Agent queries are processed by Anthropic's API and are subject to Anthropic's privacy policy. Anthropic does not retain prompts for training by default in API mode.
Data retention
Account, alert, and push-token data is retained as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time by emailing us; we will delete all associated rows within 7 days.
Children
The app is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them.
Your rights
- Sign out of the app at any time.
- Delete individual alerts from the Alerts tab.
- Request full account deletion by emailing support.
- Request a copy of your data by emailing support.
Security
Data in transit is encrypted via HTTPS. Data at rest in Supabase is encrypted by the provider. Authentication tokens are stored in iOS Secure Storage / Android Keystore on your device.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll post the updated version at this URL and update the "Last updated" date above.
