Terms of Service — GPU Tracker

Last updated: May 26, 2026

By using GPU Tracker (the "app") you agree to these terms. The app is operated by Sridhar Rajarao as an individual developer. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

What GPU Tracker does

The app aggregates publicly-available cloud GPU pricing from multiple providers (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, Lambda Labs, RunPod, Vast.ai, CoreWeave, Paperspace, Hyperstack, and Salad). It surfaces those prices in a mobile interface, lets you set alerts for price drops, and offers an AI assistant ("Ask") that recommends options based on your described workload.

We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any of the listed cloud providers.

No transaction handling

GPU Tracker is a discovery tool. We do not handle GPU rental transactions. When you tap through to a provider, you transact directly with that provider under their own terms. Any disputes, billing issues, or service-level concerns are between you and the provider.

Accuracy of prices

We refresh prices hourly from public sources. Prices can change minute-to-minute (especially for spot and community-cloud offers) and may not match what you see at the provider at the moment of transaction. Always verify the price at the provider before committing to a rental.

We make a reasonable effort to be accurate but provide no warranty. You agree not to hold us liable for losses arising from price discrepancies, provider outages, or any rental decisions you make based on app data.

AI agent recommendations

The "Ask" feature uses a third-party AI service (Anthropic) to generate suggestions. These suggestions are for informational purposes only and should not be treated as professional advice. We do not warrant that recommendations are correct, complete, or suitable for your specific use case. Always use your own judgment.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Account

You're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials private. We rate-limit AI agent calls per user; abuse may result in temporary or permanent throttling.

Service availability

The app is provided "as is" and "as available." We may modify or discontinue features at any time without notice. We do not guarantee uptime.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GPU Tracker, its operator, and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability is limited to $25.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
