Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your GPU Tracker account and all associated data at any time, from within the app or by emailing us. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.

Option 1 — Delete from inside the app (fastest)

Open the GPU Tracker app on your device.
Sign in if you aren't already.
Tap the Settings tab (bottom right).
Scroll down to the Danger Zone section.
Tap Delete Account.
Confirm the two-step prompt.

Your account, alerts, and push tokens are deleted immediately. You will be signed out.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you no longer have access to the app (uninstalled, lost device, etc.), email us from the address associated with your account:

We respond within 7 business days. Deletion is processed within 30 days of receipt, in line with GDPR and CCPA requirements.

What gets deleted

The following is permanently erased when you delete your account:

Your email address and authentication record
All price alerts you've created
All push notification tokens registered to your account
Any subscription records (if applicable)
All session and authentication tokens

This is irreversible. Once deleted, your account and data cannot be restored. You can create a new account with the same email at any time.

What we keep (and for how long)

We retain only what is required for legitimate operational and legal purposes:

Anonymized server logs (no email, no user ID) for up to 30 days for debugging and abuse prevention.
Aggregated, non-identifying usage counts (e.g., "1,247 active users this week") with no link to deleted accounts.

No personally identifiable information is retained after account deletion.
